    Months to recover machine cost

Not calculated until all assumptions are entered.

Results reflect only the assumptions you enter. Vertiq publishes no income, payback or return figures for any operator.

    What changes machine-cost recovery?

Your selling price, actual utilization and printed area matter together. Surfaces affect preparation, access and transport. A white underbase changes ink use and printing time. Include your labor, cleaning, printhead reserve, marketing, insurance and travel in other monthly costs; this calculator does not automatically estimate them. It excludes taxes, duties and startup purchases beyond the machine, and assumes the same job mix each month.

    Calculator questions

How do I use the wall printer payback calculator?

Choose a machine and enter your own selling price, jobs per month, average square meters per job and other monthly costs. The calculator deducts the entered ink and other costs from your assumed monthly sales, then divides the machine list price by the remaining amount. It is not a forecast.

Can I enter a price per square foot?

Yes. Choose USD per sq ft for your selling price. Job area and ink remain in square meters; the calculator converts your selling price before calculating. One square meter is approximately 10.764 square feet.

Does this result include all startup and operating costs?

No. It recovers only the machine list price, using the assumptions you enter. Add labor, preparation, transport, insurance, marketing and other expenses to your monthly costs. Taxes, duties, initial accessories, downtime and changes in demand are not automatically modeled. Vertiq publishes no income, payback or return figures for any operator.
