How an international order works

Quote in USD
You receive a written quote in U.S. dollars with the machine, crating and freight to your destination itemized.

Export & freight
Your printer is crated for international freight and shipped from California. We prepare the commercial invoice and export documentation.

Arrival
Import duties, VAT/GST and local customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country; your customs broker or our team can help estimate them before you order.

Remote onboarding
Setup, printing and maintenance are taught live over video in English, with multilingual assistance available. Scope is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. Every model ships worldwide from California. Freight to your destination is itemized on your quote.
What currency do you quote in and how do I pay?
Quotes are in U.S. dollars. International orders are paid by bank wire.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
The buyer. Duties, VAT/GST and clearance fees are set by your country and are not included in the quote. We provide the commercial invoice and HS documentation your broker needs.
What power supply do the machines need?
Vertiq Nova: 100–240 V AC, 50–60 Hz. Electrical requirements are listed on each machine's spec sheet and confirmed with your quote.
Is the warranty valid outside the USA?
Yes. The one-year parts warranty applies wherever the machine is installed, under the written terms issued with your quote. Shipping of replacement parts to and from your location is handled per those terms.
How is training delivered to another country?
Live remote sessions over video, in English, with multilingual assistance available, scheduled around your time zone.
Can I order ink and parts from abroad?
Yes. Replacement UV ink, consumables and spare parts are ordered through the Vertiq support team and shipped from the USA.
How long does international shipping take?
Transit depends on destination and freight method; your quote includes an estimated lead time once the destination is known.
