What "assembled & shipped from California" means for a US buyer
Every Vertiq machine is assembled and shipped from California. For a buyer in the United States that has three practical consequences.
- Domestic shipping. Your machine leaves a California facility on domestic freight. There is no customs entry to file and no import broker to hire. Freight cost and current lead time are quoted for your destination — see shipping and support.
- English-language documentation. Spec sheets, software and operating documentation are provided in English, and the printer software ships with English among its interface languages.
- A US-based contact. Sales and pre-purchase questions go to our team in Sherman Oaks, California, on a US phone number and a US email address, in US business hours.
Warranty, training and support terms are confirmed in writing with your quote, so you can read them before you commit to anything.
Single printhead or dual printhead?
This is the main decision when buying a wall printer, and it is the difference between the two halves of the range above.
A single-printhead machine — the Vertiq Nova at $13,700 or the Hypermural X at $18,900 — runs one head that lays down colour and, where needed, white. It is the lower-cost entry into the category and the simpler machine to maintain, because there is one head to clean and one ink path to keep healthy.
A dual-printhead machine — the Immersive Dual at $17,600, the Vertiq Apex at $18,700 or the Hypermural X Dual at $22,600 — dedicates one head to white ink and one to CMYK colour. That separation matters most when you print regularly on dark, coloured or transparent surfaces, where a white base layer is doing real work under the image.
The second question is reach: the Hypermural models print up to 4 m high, the Vertiq Nova up to 2.5 m, and the Vertiq Apex up to 2 m as standard with taller configurations on request. Width is unlimited on all models because the machine steps along the wall. If you expect stairwell walls, double-height lobbies or gymnasium walls, buy the height. If your work is standard 8–10 ft interior walls, you do not need it.
