Vertiq Printers Terms of Service

1. Quotes and orders
Prices shown on this website are list prices in US dollars for the machine configuration described on the relevant model page. A quote becomes an order only once we confirm it in writing and payment terms are agreed. Specifications and prices may change without notice; the written quote controls.
2. Payment
Payment terms, deposits and accepted payment methods are stated on your quote or invoice. Machines are released for shipment once payment has cleared, unless your quote says otherwise.
3. Delivery
Machines are assembled and shipped from California. Lead times quoted are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier unless your quote states different terms. Inspect the crate on arrival and report visible transit damage to the carrier and to us immediately.
4. Warranty and support
Warranty coverage, duration and exclusions are stated in writing on your quote or invoice before you pay. Consumables — including printheads, ink, filters and dampers — wear with use and are covered only as stated there. Support is provided by our California-based team through the contact details above.
5. No earnings guarantee
Any revenue, pricing or return-on-investment example on this website is an illustration only. It is not a projection, promise or guarantee of income. Your results depend on your market, pricing, sales effort, costs and skill.
6. Website use
Content on this site — text, images, product photography and specifications — belongs to VERTIQ PRINTERS or its licensors. You may not copy or republish it commercially without written permission. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site or its services.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERTIQ PRINTERS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business, arising from use of this website or of a machine. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
